wpkr operates under the KYC requirements of its Operator. You may be required to provide identity verification documents before withdrawals are permitted. For Pakistani users, acceptable documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address where required, and a liveness check or selfie. Documents must be genuine and unaltered. Upload documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal — never through unsecured channels or third-party links.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it is binding. Users are responsible for ensuring that the details of each bet (selection, amount, market) are correct before confirming. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except where the Operator's specific cancellation policy explicitly permits it.
Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. wpkr does not guarantee any specific odds. In the event of a system error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets.
If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the outcome is determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the Operator's specific sport and market rules. Live (in-play) betting is available on selected markets. Live odds change rapidly; wpkr accepts no responsibility for delays between odds updates and bet placement where such delays are outside its reasonable control.
